Emergency Relief for the Liester Family
Donation protected
Angie is a single mother, a school teacher, a current cancer patient, and an amazing, giving human in need of help to get her into safe living conditions. Recently diagnosed and now receiving treatments for breast cancer, she is currently out of work (Covid-19 & cancer) and living in a home with newly discovered mold that has penetrated the walls and floors. Many of their personal belongings were disposed of due to mold damage.
A partial gutting of the home has been done and re-modeling is currently taking place to get her and her daughter into a clean, safe living environment. She is living with family while her home is put back together. Family members are doing most of the work where possible and hiring out for professional jobs where needed. Savings and family donations have been helping to offset the costs but the damage from mold was extensive and the repair costs higher than expected. We are in need of additional funds to complete the home and get Angie the help she needs.
Any amount you can spare goes directly to Angie and her family to help with essential building supplies, cleaning supplies, and ever-increasing medical bills while she is out of work and receiving cancer treatment.
Above all else, if you cannot give monetarily, we ask that you say a prayer for health and healing for her and her daughter. As a single mother, her daughter has not only been an incredible help, but has also had a significant change in lifestyle in helping to care for her mom. Anything we can do to help will mean the world to them.
