Emergency remodel funds for Martin Family

I first met the Martin family at Renew Life Church in Midland where they were serving selflessly in the children’s classes before they even had children. Pierce and Alyssa Martin have two very special young boys, Jaxton (4) & Denver (2). I would also like to say thank you for all the prayers and love everyone has shown the Martin Family during this exceedingly difficult time.

 

On June 7, 2021, Pierce was in a horrible accident on his motorcycle, on his way home from work. Pierce stopped breathing but was resuscitated, regaining his heartbeat (thank you Jesus) but has suffered many serious injuries and is currently in a wheelchair. Pierce is a fighter and is making progress every day. He is a husband, father, son, brother, friend, chef, man of God, and he is an amazing person at each of the titles he wears. His proudest titles are dada and Husband and wears them exceptionally well.

 

His wife Alyssa owns her own business, as a professional photographer, and when she’s not working trying to provide for the family in this trying time, she’s at home taking care of Pierce and the boys. The Martin family is needing to move back to their hometown of Borger, TX to be closer to family that can help with Pierce and the boys. The Martins have just bought a house and plan to move from central Texas back to Borger in the middle of December. The house they are moving into is going to need some work as it's a little outdated and will need some improvements completed to make it wheelchair accessible and functional for Pierce. As you know, all these things are very expensive, and I would like to help ease the burden on Alyssa and the family. So, I'm asking if you have the means to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Any amount would be so helpful to them and more importantly would take extra stress off Alyssa that she doesn’t need during this time. Pierce, Alyssa, Jaxton, and Denver are a family of God and the most generous people who always try help anyone who needs it anyway they can. Pierce and Alyssa have been together for 10 years, married for almost 6 and have built a beautiful life for their boys.

I would love for this sweet family to be able to move into their house in a few short weeks and be able to focus on their family and enjoy their new home rather than worried about work that needs to be done. ❤️ non-financial ways to help them are to continue praying for them. We pray to God asking him for a full and total recovery for Pierce. We believe in miracles, and we know he's not done with Pierce yet, he has a lot of living to do and a wife and two young boys that are counting on getting daddy back.
