Emergency Rescue - Friendly Colony Cat in Distress

MINTS. Last night had an emergency rescue for a friendly colony cat in distress. Stayed up most of the night with him, keeping him cool, hydrated, resting and eating.

He was found outside panting, in distress, rapid breathing. He’s calmed down overnight. Ate and rehydrated. Cooled down with a wet washcloth.

Literally brought him into my bathroom as a temp holding space. He made it thru the night!

This morning I will call bring him to a vet or emergency services if needed.

Will be setting up a GoFundMe for his care. I am not a rescue. Just one person who knew he needed help. No idea how I will pay for the vet bills. But decided to act first, plan second. Lol Please reach out if u can help with his vet care and/or long term fostering.
