Emergency spinal surgery 26 year old

Donation protected
Hello everyone, I have never had to ask for money publicly before in my life but I will be having emergency spinal surgery in the next two weeks. I have to come up with at least $4,400.45 just got off the phone with Glenwood the hospital where my surgery will be preformed and it’s their policy to collect HALF of what I owe after insurance up front before they will even schedule me. Total amount I will owe them is $9,100 just for the surgery. On top of that I have reached my 8,500 max out of pocket for all the ER visits, orthopedic surgeon visits, 2 MRI’s 2 CT scans one with contrast, my upcoming CT Angiogram, blood work, 10 X rays, a physical  and ambulance rides. I have never been more scared of the future and I need help. I have been diagnosed with Degenerative disk disease, herniated disks, and sciatica. I am 26 years old, I just bought a 103 year old house that I’ve been slowly remodeling 6 hours from my parents and family. I’m a funeral director apprentice and embalmer at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe LA set to start school this fall. The pain is so severe and debilitating that I’ve gone to the er five times in the last 13 days, twice by ambulance. I’ve had an MRI with contrast, CT scan, several X rays I’ve been prescribed a box full of medication and I haven’t gotten a good nights sleep in two weeks. I’ve tried a heating pad, pillows under my knees, I’ve gone through 3 big tubes of Biofreeze, I couldn’t even walk to the bathroom or sit on the toilet without screaming in agony. My surgeon Dr. Crawford needs me to be seen my a pcp to clear me for surgery then meet with the other surgeon who will go through my abdomen to access my spine from that side before they can collaborate and set a day and time for my surgery. I will have a plate, two rods, and four screws in my vertebrae. When I turned 26 I aged out of my fathers medical insurance so I had to buy my own, foolishly I went with the cheapest policy possible and now I have to meet my $7,500 deductible before United Healthcare will help at all. One visit to my Orthopedic surgeon alone was $560 not to mention the ambulance and er visits, I am completely swamped in medical debt and I had to put my checking account in the negative just to pay my house note this month. I did take out a $1,500 hardship loan out against my 401k but that will take a few weeks to come in, and I need help urgently. If any of you need to be repaid I will absolutely do that once my loan comes in. My only other options are to get a title loan against my car but it’s a 2003 and I’m sure they wouldn’t give me much. The company I work for doesn’t offer medical coverage so I had to pay for it privately, and I have used up most of my sick and vacation days for the year so I will likely be 4-6 weeks without income. Thank you all for the help, love and support. I cannot wait to get this surgery and finally be pain free again
