Emergency surgery for Dominican child

Hey! My name is Emma. I’m starting this Go Fund me for a family from the Dominican Republic that Is family to me. The oldest daughter Jasiri is the oldest of 3 children and is being raised by a single father who needs a bit of our help. She recently has been fainting and feeling unwell. Doctors have diagnosed her with needing her adenoids removed. They are extremely large and have blocked her breathing so much that her heart is not getting enough oxygen.
