EMERGENCY Survival Fund for Queer Young Adult

Hi my name is Gabriela Ramirez and I am putting together this fundraiser for my dearest friend Fairy Boy (Gerry) [he/him/she/her]. No one in this life deserves housing instability or homelessness because of their gender expression or sexual orientation. Today, August 8, 2021, FB was confronted by their homophobic dad about their sexual orientation and was threatened about it. They are no longer welcome in the home they shared with their dad and siblings and are now scrambling for a place to live in a short amount of time . No one should have to face this kind of injustice as a young adult, we all deserve the safety of our parents love no matter our orientation or gender. Please consider paying forward a fraction of your comforts to help a queer young adult survive. The costs will cover a security deposit for a room or studio plus first month's rent.
