Emergency trip - Dad is in the ICU (Philippines)

My dad had a stoke yesterday and is in the ICU in the Philippines. Its been ten years since I have been able to see him because I have been in college, had kids, haven't had the money, and all the other things in life.

It is so important to me because my mom passed away was I was young and I just have him now. I would love to be able to be with him during this time.

He is in critical condition now and I am trying to get an emergency travel passport and plane ticket to go see him and help with his care. I would be forever grateful for any help I can get.
