Emergency Unemployment for Jax

Hi, my name is Jax. I’m a chef who works in New York City and recently, I was forced out of work. Without getting too personal, I suffered the loss of a pregnancy and it was not handled well at the job which led to me being forced out of my position. My unemployment claims have been denied and I have gone the past 6 weeks with not a single dime of income. My bills are all behind. I cannot pay rent. My partner has exhausted all his money trying to pay rent for both of us last month and we are struggling. I am going for interviews and applying for jobs every day but so far, none have panned out. I recently borrowed money to do a tasting for a job opportunity that was supposed to be reimbursed, however, the woman canceled last minute and denied my requests for reimbursement, furthering my money issues. I am struggling from extreme depression and don’t leave the house because, well, what is there to do in nyc with not a single dollar in your account? I do not have family who can help me financially. I did not qualify for any emergency loans. I don’t know what to do or where to go and I would be eternally grateful for any support you can give. It’s very embarrassing for me to do something like this but I truly am out of options. Thank you for your time and support.
