Emergency vehicle and utility fund

My dear friends and acquaintances and people I don't know. My friend Alex Latham has come into some financial trouble and is found himself without a car being a Uber driver. That's a big problem for his financial needs in paying bills and taking care of his daughter. he's trying to do what he can to come up with the money for a down payment on a new car.
