Emergency Vet Bills for Riggs

Hello, I am raising money for a local family whose dog was shot yesterday in the country in Chrisman, IL. This sweet lab Riggs went outside and came back with a large bullet wound to his chest. Chelsea McCain immediately rushed him to Champaign emergency vet where he is currently being treated. His bill is already large and surgery is set for this afternoon. We don't know the extent of the damage yet but I will be posting updates along the way. This young family was given an initial estimate of 9k, so that's what I've set the inital goal at.

Riggs is a very sweet, very good natured lab. Not aggressive in the least. We currently have NO idea who did this. If anyone has any information, PLEASE reach out.
