Emil Kirkegaard - enforcement and bailiff costs

In December 2018 a vexatious litigant named Emil O. W. Kirkegaard filed a frivolous defamation lawsuit against me in the High Court of Justice. He lost the preliminary judgment in 2019 and refused to pay my legal costs so I filed an unless order to dismiss the case for his misconduct; he discontinued shortly before a judge would have dismissed the case with prejudice. My posts complained of were upheld as honest opinion and there was no ruling they were defamatory under statute law (they did not cause him "serious harm"). Kirkegaard subsequently lost the assessment of costs. In October 2021, he missed the deadline to pay my total legal costs (£42,749.67) and is in contempt of court for noncompliance. Any money donated will be spent on suing him to enforce the judgment debt under Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012, Annex I.
