Emilee is a beautiful 30-year-old wife and mother. She has a wonderful, devoted husband, BJ, and two happy, adorable little boys. In August of 2015 she found a lump in her breast and was diagnosed with stage 2+, triple negative breast cancer. She has been fighting the battle ever since...
It was discovered recently that Emilee's cancer has returned to her brain. After meeting with the doctors, it was concluded that there is no treatment that will be able to extend her life. This cancer is being very aggressive and Emilee has chosen to go home and spend her last days with her family.
She is currently in hospice care at home and she is calm and resting. She has anywhere from weeks to a few months to live.
As you can imagine, this was not the outcome that anyone wanted but her and her family's trust and faith that this is the Lord's timing has been unwavering. We are in awe of the strength of Emilee, BJ and those family members around her.
They have been a true example of the verses in Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
Please keep them in your prayers.
We are asking for donations to help with the unexpected and upcoming funeral expensenses.
Thank you for taking time to read this, and for donating. If you are unable to donate at this time, we ask that you please share their story.
