Help Emilia fight cancer❤️

Hi, my name is Karlie and I am fundraising to help my 3 year old niece, Emilia get the care she needs to fight an extremely rare cancer, called Retinoblastoma.

Retinoblastoma is an eye cancer that attacks the back of the eye (retina), which compromises her vision causing possible blindness and removal of the eye.

Emilia, being so little, isn’t able to understand everything that’s going on right now but has been able to remain her bubbly, brave and goofy self through it all. Our sweet girl continues to make friends with her nurses and doctors, thanking them for everything they’re doing to help her “boo boo eye.”

We truly would never wish the amount of fear and heartache on any family that ours has had to endure this past week with the discovery of Emilia’s condition. The more we test, the more we learn as we continue to help her “fight the monsters” with discovering the proper treatment plan to her case.

Sadly, though her parents Robert and Brianna are doing everything they can by making sure she gets the correct testing to receive the perfect treatment plan with the right doctors. This does consist of a lot of traveling to those doctors while also trying to afford the testing and care that she needs. This is where we have to ask for help.

Please note that the amount we’re asking for may change as we are learning more and more with each visit but as of now this covers the visits she has already had and I will be sure to update the page weekly with new information regarding her treatment and recovery.

Every child is special and beautiful the way they add to each family with their unique gifts. For us, Ms.Emilia’s gift to our family is the gift of joy. If Emilia is in the room then there is sure not to be a single frown in sight!
