Emily was many things; fun, kind, brave, committed; but she was passionate about acting, passionate about the environment, and politically aware.  

We have set up this memorial to raise money for smaller charity organisations that we believe Emily would have supported. Examples of these charities include:

Good Chance , which is a theatre group supporting refugee and migrant communities. They build temporary theatres in migrant camps, involving the local communities; and also raise awareness of the lives of migrants through theatre productions.

The Environment Society of Oman , which helps to conserve the natural heritage of Oman, where Emily lived for five and a half years, and raise environmental awareness.

As these are smaller charities and are not linked to JustGiving, we have set up this crowdfunding page and will manage and share the story of how your contribution has been used.
