My sweet sister, Emily Norris' husband was tragically and unexpectedly taken in a senseless act of violence on Saturday, November 16th. This loss comes days after celebrating their 2nd wedding anniversary. This is heartbreakingly devastating for her and their three boys (7, 2.5, and 7 months old). Cody was a wonderful husband, father, friend, brother, and son. He worked very hard to provide for his family, which allowed Emily to focus all of her attention on being a homemaker and stay-at-home mother. With the loss of Cody, they have now lost their only source of income. Although she is still trying to wrap her mind around the events of Saturday's tragedy, she feels the love and support from everyone who has reached out to her.

Many have asked how/what they can do to help. We are having a meal train set up in a week or two. However, I know the biggest need going forward will be to help financially. If you feel led to donate, we have set up a platform to assist them. Most importantly, we ask for your prayers now and in the days ahead as we mourn the loss of Cody and honor his memory.
