Running a half marathon in support of the PAP Foundation!
Tax deductible
Hello friends! I'm excited to share that on May 5th, 2024, I'll be running my first half marathon in support of the Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (PAP) Foundation. This event also holds special significance for me as it marks 10 years since my diagnosis with PAP!
Please take a moment to watch this brief video, where I share more about PAP and my journey.
PAP is a rare and often debilitating lung disorder that profoundly impacts patients' breathing and daily lives. The PAP Foundation is a remarkable non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for PAP and improving patients' lives. Through their advocacy efforts, they champion PAP research, including upcoming clinical trials, and provide invaluable support and resources to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
As a PAP patient for the past decade, I've witnessed firsthand the incredible work of the Foundation and its unwavering commitment to serving the PAP community. They host Education Days, giving patients the opportunity to connect with others and provide direct access to physicians. Your support will directly benefit PAP patients, as 100% of the proceeds go to the Foundation.
To learn more about PAP or to get involved, visit the PAP Foundation website or contact me directly.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Warm regards,
