Emily Stick It to Cancer

Hello,

My Name is Kristina Colburn. I wanted to take this opportunity to share a story of inspiration with you. A story that I hope will fill your heart with compassion and empathy.

I work at Firstsource Advantage LLC in Amherst, NY. It was there that I met my friend, Emily Milbrath. Emily is 29 years old. She is one of the sweetest people I know and a talented artist. She is so talented, that I asked her for help designing the tattoos I have on my arms. She is a wonderful person who is handling the hand that she has been dealt with elegance and grace.

Emily did not ask for help. I asked if I could help her. I have watched this wonderful person go thru so much, and I’ve only known her for 9 years. I can’t imagine the mountain that she is up against, not to mention the stress and worrying about your physical and mental health. She is handling all of this with so much courage. After hearing of her latest health news, my heart ached, and I just felt I had to help somehow.

I am asking for help on behalf of my friend. We are planning an event at the South Lockport Fire Hall on March 11, 2023 at 6:00 pm. We will need various types of meat, basket raffle donations, gift certificates/gift cards, possible snack and drink donations and door prizes. A donation of any size, shape or form can help make this a success.
