Emily's jaw surgery

Our daughter Emily is an amazing girl always thinking of others. She helps me out daily with her multi handicapped older brother. She is in pain every day from her jaw. We tried several doctors over the past year and a half but the only doctor that can help her is Dr. Piper in Florida who we saw in Aug. She has a complicated jaw surgery scheduled in 7 weeks but we are required to pay upfront $48,000. The insurance will reimburse us at 80% but there also are hospital costs, anesthesiologist, and travel expenses because we have to go back post op 3 more times within a year. We are in over our heads.  We never expected this expense . It breaks my heart, as a Mom, to see her in pain and struggling everyday . I hate asking for help but we are in a position where it's necessary to. I pray we will be able to make it through this difficult time. Please help us, if you are able. Any amount will help.
