Hey guys,

My name is Katie and Emma was my sister, she was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when she was born and little did she know she'd have a big battle to fight, she has been through so much including a double lung transplant and so many hospital admissions that you wouldn't be able to count. But this is alls she ever knew and she just got on with it fighting for her life became first nature to her, although she did have a life threatening illness we still didn't expect what was to come, she sadly lost her battle on the 2nd of November, as you can imagine the whole family is devastated and still can't process how we got to this point. I have decided to set up a go fund me page to help with funeral costs and maybe even a little bit of help for Emma's partner and young daughter as you can imagine there whole world has been turned upside down and anything you could potentially give could hopefully take a bit of pressure of them at this difficult time.
