Emma get a lightweight wheelchair

Hi, my name is Angela and I’m raising funds for my sister Emma to get a lightweight wheelchair. Emma was unfortunately diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis several years ago. Emma has a wheelchair but due to the chair being heavy she can’t get out and about on her own. Many thanks in advance.
