Emma (Reed) Storrer Memorial Fund

This fund is being set up to assist Josh, Emma's loving husband, with the funeral and other incidental expenses.

Emma Justine Storrer suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on December 8, 2022.

She was born in Mansfield, Ohio on April 19, 1995, to Christine Stone and Craig Reed. Emma graduated from Fredericktown High School and majored in Religious Studies at Otterbein University. She met her husband, Joshua Storrer, in 2016 and married him four years later on May 2, 2020.

Emma’s smile lit up a room, and her faith shined just as brightly. She participated in various mission outreach programs in Mexico, Haiti, and Zimbabwe and worked as the Director of Family and Children’s Ministry for First Church of God in New Albany, Indiana before beginning her nursing career at Knox Community Hospital.

Emma and Josh shared many adventures together, including trips to Tennessee, West Virginia, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona. Emma loved running, traveling, hiking, and exploring new places. She especially loved their corgis, Eugene and Alfred, and cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Emma will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Joshua Storrer; her parents, Christine Stone and Craig Reed; her brother, Brenden Reed; her father‐in‐law, Mark Storrer; her mother‐in‐law, Trudy Storrer; her brothers in law, Jacob and Jared Storrer; her sister-in-law, Morgan Storrer; and other family members, friends, and her community.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held on April 19, 2023. Details with the time and venue will be disclosed at a later date.
