Hey my name is Emma and I’ve just been selected to represent Scotland at the WKF 2024 European Karate Championships.
I’ve been doing karate for almost 6 years and have competed nationally and internationally. In the last 2 years I’ve competed in Poland, Venice and Croatia.
I’m the only Scottish female kata athlete selected for this championship, which is a massive honour.
Sadly, karate is an unfunded sport meaning that the majority of the financial burden falls on the athlete and their family.
I’m setting up this page in the hope of raising money towards attending this Championship with my country and am asking for your support. Please give as much or as little as you can and share with any family/friends or businesses who may be able to support me on my journey.
