Emmanuelle Isabella (Bella)Manfredi
Donation protected
Our Daughter, Isabella Manfredi, was struck by a car on the evening of July 27th near her new apartment complex in Tucson, Arizona. She and her boyfriend Connor Lehane had moved to Tucson just a week earlier from Bloomington, Indiana. Isabella was planning on finishing her PhD in Neuroscience and Psychological Brain Science at the University of Arizona. We have witnessed an outpouring of love and prayer from those familiar to us and those of total strangers. God is great and has shown his guiding love in helping Isabella survive this initial setback. She remains in critical condition, a result of a brain injury and extensive head trauma. She is just beginning the long road of recovery. We are optimistic and see daily signs of her advancement. Daily, we pray that her progress will continue. Isabella had planned to use her advanced education to help those caught in the deadly grip of drug and alcohol addiction. She was looking forward to concentrating on the next phase of her PhD program in a clinical environment to do just that. We are asking support for ongoing living, legal, and healthcare expenses that Isabella and her partner Conner Lehane are facing due to these unforeseen and catastrophic events. Her Mother -- Dawn Lushin, and Father -- Gregg Manfredi, are setting up short term housing here in Tucson to support her recovery and be with her for ongoing legal and healthcare management.
Social Media is a blessing and has shown great promise in bringing us together as Human Beings. We ask for your kindness and monetary support to fund Isabella and Connor during these difficult times. Any donation will be appreciated along with your continued prayers, thoughts, and good wishes. The outpouring of love we have witnessed has increased our sometimes fragile faith in God and drives our immediate hope for a speedy recovery for our Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Niece, Friend, Partner and Child of God.
Many thanks in advance and God’s Blessings to you and your family.
