Emma's Picnic Spot

Mrs Hartley was a much loved teacher and friend to many at Quilters School.

To honour such a bright star, who loved playing table tennis and having a picnic, Quilters PTA will be funding Emma's Picnic Spot.

Situated in the school playground, this will be a place children can play table tennis on all weather tables and enjoy a picnic for many years to come.

We felt that there may be people from the Billericay community who would like to contribute directly to this project, where payments made to Emma's Picnic Spot would be restricted for use solely for this project.

The project hopes to include an all-weather sun sail, artificial grass, picnic tables, floor cushions and 4 concrete table tennis tables. It will be a bright and happy place to spend time.
