Emma’s Rehoming Fund!!!

Hello friends and family,

As of less than a week ago, Josh and I found out that we would be flying across the country to get our niece, Emma, to come live with us for the foreseeable future.

Emma’s grandmother, who has raised her since she was just a tiny infant, is struggling with health issues which has made it difficult for her to continue caring for Emma.

Emma is bringing a suitcase of clothes, but everything else will need to be left behind. With this being such short notice, Josh and I have found ourselves at a loss as to how we can provide a comfortable transition for her. We will need bedroom furniture for her, new clothing, and supplies to prepare Emma for school in the fall.

Any amount you are able to donate would be a great help to us in providing a comfortable environment for Emma as she moves across the country. We are also putting together a Target wishlist, if you would prefer to put your money toward a gift for Emma. I will be sharing that soon.

This will be a difficult transition for a 12 year old girl, but we know it’s what’s best for Emma and her future. Josh and I can’t wait to become parents to our wonderful niece, and we really hope you consider making a donation or purchasing a gift from Emma’s wish list to help make it all possible.
