Emory Hurricane Dorian Relief

Donation protected
We are a few Bahamian students at Emory trying to find a way to help our family and friends at home who have lost everything. Earlier this week Hurricane Dorian passed over our northernmost islands, leaving complete devastation. This is perhaps one of the most severe catastrophes that our small, proud country has experienced. Many of our friends and family members lost their entire livelihood. Emory prides itself on being a diverse, supportive community and we, as students, far from home, are in desperate need of all the support and help we can get.

We will give the money to the Rotary Club of East Nassau, a nonprofit organization that’s been beneficial in relief efforts for Matthew and Joaquin.
