Employee Fund for Ruffian & Kindred

Friends, Family, Neighbors and Guests-

Hospitality is a labor of love. In the restaurant industry, workers are living paycheck to paycheck and so are the restaurants themselves. The margins are small, the work is difficult and the hours are long.
 It's worth it.

We are heartbroken not to be able to do what we live for, especially in this time of need. Instead of being able to provide fun, comfort and escape we are forced out of jobs and into an uncertain future. Not only are jobs and businesses at stake, but the very core of what we do.

We are setting up this fund specifically for Employee Relief to help with Health Insurance Premiums and Emergencies. Funds raised will immediately be applied to Insurance Premiums that will be due soon. As the Partners/Owners of Ruffian, Kindred and Ruffian Does Dive Bar we are scrambling to ensure our doors can re-open, but in the meantime we are trying to extend the same hospitality to our employees that they have given on our behalf.
