Imagine a place where boys feel completely safe, seen, and celebrated — a space that fosters joy, confidence, and connection. That’s what Future King Camp (FKC) is all about.

FKC is a curated, no-tech experience for American boys ages 10–13, hosted in the beautiful city of Florence, Italy. Designed to empower and uplift, each camp session brings together 12 boys (and their parent or guardian) for a week of life-changing, soul-nourishing programming.

What We're Up To:

This is the FIRST PHASE of what will be a more extended offering.

The $25,000 raised will be used to secure the equipment needed for the long haul, to pay a few of our core staff this 3 weeks in June and to provide some assistance with travel and housing that is required for the families already committed to being part of FKC. so that their sons will learn:

Home and kitchen skills with amazing Culinary Director Carleen Goodridge, creative writing and improv with passionate Educator

Ty-Quan Payne, DJ’ing lessons from the imcomprable DJ Reborn (Tour DJ for the one and only Ms Lauryn Hill) entrepreneurship, leadership…and MORE! It’s all about building discipline, accountability, creativity, and emotional expression — wrapped in expansive joy, community, and culture.

Why Florence?

Florence offers the perfect blend of wonder, beauty, and safety.

Campers will stroll or bike along the Arno River, enjoy sunsets with their families while scooping delicious gelato, take magical day trips to Venice or the nearby beach, visit the Black History Month Florence space to play and learn games together.

Every instructor is melanated, and we’ve built a balanced team of both male and female Guides who'll reflect and uplift every boy present.
