Empower Future Heroes in Beth & Matthew's Name

Since the passing of our sister, Beth Kawcysnki (36), in 2015 to Breast Cancer, our family has honored her memory with an annual Memorial Scholarship for a student at Cleveland Hill School, where she was an Alumni graduating in 1997. We have since awarded a Beth Kawczynski Memorial Scholarship to 9 students who have shown exemplary attributes in both academics and athletics and wish to continue their education in Early Childhood Development.

With the unexpected passing of our father, Matthew D. Kawczynski (76) on Thursday, May 9th, we plan to start an additional scholarship.

My father was a Vietnam Vet serving in the US Air Force. He was also a retired Town of Cheektowaga Fire Inspector and an active member of the Cleveland Hill Fire Department earning 50 Years of active service in January 2024.

For the 2025 academic year, we would like to continue to honor both of their memories by adding an annual scholarship for an individual who will pursue a field as a first responder or has and/or will enlist in military service.

Your donation will be placed directly into the Beth's Battle Buddies fund set up in 2015 and used not only as a remembrance to them but also to honor future generations who will impact their community as my sister and father have.
