Empower Future Scientists in Memory of Lindsey Fields
Donation protected
The world lost its brightest light on January 29, 2025. Lindsey (Carter) Fields was a passenger on AA Flight 5342, traveling to represent the National Association of Biology Teachers and advocate for excellence in life science. Lindsey's infectious smile and boundless love were limitless. Lindsey was more than a friend; a confidante, a source of unwavering support and joy - she was a treasure. Her passion for science was matched only by her love for her family, friends, and Great Danes. From sharing late-night talks about life's big questions to celebrating life's little moments, Lindsey's presence was truly a gift. Her impact as a teacher, mentor, and friend is immeasurable.
To honor her memory and continue her legacy of love and learning, we are establishing the Lindsey (Carter) Fields Memorial Science Scholarship. This scholarship will empower future scientists to pursue their dreams, just as Lindsey inspired us all to chase ours. Please join us in keeping her light shining brightly by contributing to this fund.
