In 2020, our beloved friend, wife, and mother, Audrey Skorski, left us after a courageous battle with nonsmoker's lung cancer. Audrey was more than a devoted family member; she was an extraordinary volunteer who dedicated her life to making a positive impact in our community. From supporting groups like Girl Scouts, Moms Club, PTO, Helping Hands, to serving on the local Library Board of Directors, Audrey's commitment to service was unwavering. She operated behind the scenes, never seeking recognition, always ready to lend a helping hand, a listening ear, or a comforting presence.

Audrey's belief in the transformative power of volunteering was profound. She understood that community thrives when individuals come together, supporting one another, whether they are lifelong friends or strangers in need. Audrey's spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched, and we are determined to carry forward her legacy of selfless service.

To honor Audrey's memory and inspire a new generation of volunteers, in 2021 we established the Audrey Skorski Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is dedicated to individuals attending college, have a limb difference, and exemplify Audrey's spirit of compassionate volunteering in their communities.

Each year, since her untimely passing, we have been able to proudly award scholarships to some truly inspiring and remarkable individuals. Once again, we are reaching out to you to join us in continuing this meaningful initiative.
