Empower Jackson with a Supportive Service Animal

Tax deductible

We are the Cannon family, Kristina (mom) and Wade (dad), we have 3 boys, Jackson (5yr), Hudson (2yr), Stetson (4months). We are starting a fundraiser to help with the cost of a service animal for our oldest son, Jackson. Jackson was diagnosed with Autism (ASD) in May of 2023 after a few years of trying to figure out what was different. Jackson has the biggest heart we’ve ever seen, he loves being a big brother and helping out whenever he can! But with his ASD he also has really hard time with anxiety and the need to be perfect, as well as he struggles with transitions, crowds of 3 or more people, new things, even regulating his emotions. So after a lot of research and talking with his therapist, we agree that a service animal will benefit him in so many ways! Ways we believe a service animal will help him by predicting his anxiety/panic attacks which will help with his elopments, as well as helping give senesory input to help him regulate and even stay on task, lastly the dog will help him from self injuries when he is disregulated.

This is Jackson's story. We are so beyond grateful for any donation and prayers that are given to help us on this journey.
