Empower Jeff's Fight Against Homelessness

Hi I am Jeff and I'm raising funds to get a vehicle to live in. I became widowed five years ago from a suicide. I have been depressed ever since and finally last year my health caught up with me.I caught pneumonia and also found out I had emphysema and an atrial fibrillation. I already had pretty bad sleep apnea. I was a truck driver and I lost my medical card and my license with my medical diagnosis. I will be 60 in a couple of months. I have arthritis in my back that makes me unable to stand for more than a few minutes. I applied for social security disability. It took them 15 months to deny my claim. I had been renting a house and had to sell my vehicles to pay for rent. I am being evicted because the house is going into foreclosure. I had counted on social security to be able to pay the balance of the foreclosure (5000). I really need help and am going to be on the streets with no income, no vehicle and no where to go
