Help Jhnay Achieve Her Dreams of Becoming a Commercial Pilot!

When my friend brought his jet to Miami International, everything seemed fine. The first officer performed a thorough walk-around, and we thought we were good to go. But then, someone noticed that something wasn't right and brought it to my attention; hydraulic fluid was dripping from the wing.

I approached the ramp crew, and they all pointed to a young woman named Jhnay. "Why did you think I needed to know about this?" I asked her. With determination in her eyes, she replied, “Because it isn’t right. I want to be a pilot, and I know that's not right!”

In that moment, I recognized her passion and commitment. If she truly wants it, and is willing to work hard and accept guidance, I knew I had to help her on her journey.

Since that day, Jhnay has completed her discovery flight and is now enrolled in an aviation academy—a significant step toward her dream of becoming a commercial pilot. However, funding her education and training for this girl from the other side of Miami presents a formidable challenge.
