Help Job and Abel Gain Asylum in the U.S.

I'm Robert Maniscalco and I am sponsoring two extraordinary individuals I met in Haiti, back in 2015 at the Bread Of life Orphanage in Jacmel. We've kept in touch ever since. In the last year I've been sending them money tomorrow survive the growing crisis in Haiti.
Job and Abel, brothers, were among the 18 orphans who were being raised and cared for by Pastor Medit. These two young men are gifted, particularly in the amount of empathy and hard work, love and dedication they put into action every day. They are making Haiti a better place to live. But now, as the gangs terrorize the country, they live in constant fear for their lives, they are suffering food insecurity and religious persecution. They lived much of their childhood sheltered in the orphanage. Now in their mid-twenties, they are struggling to survive in a dangerous world that is collapsing around them.
I am currently sponsoring them through the US immigration's parole program for countries, including Haiti, which would allow them to come to Charleston and eventually live and work in the United States on a path to citizenship. But there is a huge backlog of cases, a freeze on flights to/from the US and it's unclear when or if they will ever be able to come using that method.
We now have a plan to get them out but it will be expensive and fraught with danger. As the situation in Haiti has become more and more dangerous they have to escape ASAP.
If we can save only two among so many who also need then that is what we must do.
Job and Abel have so much to offer the US.
I am raising money now to pay for things like passports, healthcare and food as they try to make their way out of the chaotic world they happen to have been born into. The gangs are making Haiti a living hell. If you do nothing else, please pray for Haiti, that this terrible curse be lifted. This GoFundMe is part of the Quench Project, converting art into cash
Abel recently graduated from finishing school. Job is working hard doing odd jobs and wants to be an artist and a minister. Abel constructs elaborate model homes. They also serve in their local church, leading choirs, preaching and teaching. They are charismatic and exceptional, spirit-filled young men, always finding a way to stay positive and making the best of any situation.
I am restarting this GoFundMe to raise funds because I need help getting them out of Haiti. I am enlisting the help of The Bridge to expedite their asylum claim. It takes a village is something I take to heart. I hope you will find it in your heart to help me help them come to America. This is your chance to make a life or death difference in two amazing individuals. Jesus commanded us to welcome the stranger and to love the least of these. And I don't know about you but I prefer to use my charitable dollars to make a tangible difference in individuals whom we know will benefit, rather than sending it to some huge mega charity like the Red Cross. You will know exactly where these dollars are going. I will be updating you on their journey. Any contribution will be much appreciated.
The Plan: I will use the money to pay for Job and Abel's travel visa, flights from Haiti to Panama, to Nicaragua and to Mexico. The Bridge will bus them into the US and help them complete their asylum application. Finally, I will bring them here, where they will stay with my family, get a work visa and apply for citizenship.
Please help these good people make a positive contribution in our country.
