Ritu, a six-year-old filled with curiosity and dreams, yearns for the opportunity to attend school and receive an education that could change the course of her life. Unfortunately, her family has been dealt a difficult hand. Ritu's father made the heart-wrenching decision to leave her mother, taking their sons with him and leaving Ritu and her mother on their own.

In Nepal, where the cultural landscape can be harsh for women, especially single mothers, Ritu's mother is facing an uphill battle to make ends meet and provide for her daughter. The societal norms and economic disparities in Nepal often put women at a disadvantage, making it challenging for them to secure stable employment and support their families.

Despite these hardships, Ritu's mother is determined to give her daughter a chance at a brighter future through education. However, financial constraints have made it nearly impossible for them to afford the basic necessities required for schooling.

We believe that education is a powerful tool that can break the cycle of poverty and empower individuals to overcome adversity. Our goal is to raise $500 to cover Ritu's school fees, uniforms, books, and other essential supplies for the upcoming academic year.
