Oxford PIA Fund

We, the people of Oxford have requested nothing more than transparency and have been threatened with legal action for merely wanting to know the truth. The Town of Oxford has weaponized the Maryland Public Information Act against citizens who ask questions under this act. They are charging unrealistic and excessive fees to answer these requests. This fund will help citizens pay those costs so that they can get the answers they need and deserve.

Anyone who pays taxes in the Town of Oxford can use this fund. If you paid the Town of Oxford for a PIA Request, please email your receipt from the Town to [email redacted] dot com. Please include your name and mailing address in your email to be reimbursed. We will mail you a check once this is received.
