Empowering Professional Women is instrumental in the long-term sustainability and stability of our programs for future generations.

A very important part to every one of our workshops is teaching children about their feelings and emotions. It creates a safe space with supports in place to foster healing and growth. In order for children to retain what they are learning there must be social and emotional regulation. This is a big part of our mission.
