Empower Active Minds

Tax deductible
We are students at the University of North Texas, committed to strengthening our campus mental health community. Partnered with Active Minds, we aim to foster a supportive environment where students connect, support one another, and advocate for mental wellness.

Mental health concerns are growing across Texas, with nearly 60% of children with depression untreated and suicide as the second-leading cause of death for ages 15-24. At UNT, only 8% of students use the counseling center—well below the national average. Our campaign seeks to bridge this gap, ensuring every student feels seen, heard, and supported.

Vision of Hope and Resilience
Through Active Minds, our UNT chapter promotes resilience and empowerment by expanding mental health resources, peer support training, and educational workshops. Together, we’re building a future where students can confidently face their challenges, backed by a compassionate community.

Your Impact
● $25: Supports mental health awareness events like Stress Less Week.
● $50: Funds peer support groups, offering safe spaces to connect.
● $100: Provides mental health training for student leaders.
● $500: Brings mental health speakers and workshops to UNT, reducing stigma.

Join us in fostering hope and resilience. Your support builds a brighter, mentally healthy future for all UNT students, ensuring no one walks their journey alone.
