Empower Zac's New Life Post 370lb Loss

Hi, if you don't know me, my name's Zac!!! I don't typically like asking for help. I'm the type of person that would help out in the drop of a hat, no questions asked, but since I have lost over 370 pounds, I need a little help myself now. As a kid I lost my father at the age of 8. So to cope with that I'd eat and eat and eat. Well the weight just keep piling on to the point I got to 604lbs at the age of 36. All the doctors would just say you need to loss weight telling me something I already knew. That is until I meet doctor Kettman the doctor that literally saved my life by giving me option I tried the diets and they would work but would fall back in to old habits and needed to go with a more abrasive option something that I would have to hold myself accountable so I decided to have the gastric sleeve done!!! I walked in the office at 604lbs the doctors said at one of my last appointment they didn't think I was gunna commit to doing this!!! Also told me that pre surgery is set the office record for most weight lost before surgery at 125lbs that's right the day of my surgery I walked in at 479lbs!!! This journey is far from the easy way out!!! So post surgery i have decided to join the gym went 1 time said screw it cause I wasn't as fast on the treadmill as all the other people there well I had a good friend tell me work at your own past don't worry about none of these other people so I did as I was told... Now I go to the gym 6 days a week!!! Went from walking 1 mile at like 2.5mph to walking 2.85 miles at 4 mph max incline and lifting I'm in the gym 2 hours a day!!! I promise you all this your money will not go to waste and I will definitely post before and after pics on fb as soon as I'm all healed up!!! Thank you and yes writing this I'm crying cause 1 I hate talking about myself and 2 I hate asking for help. Your help is very much appreciated!!!
