Dear Interested Friends and Sponsoring Donors;
This is a GoFundMe scholarship fund designed to help people thru coaching get better employment or re-employment —- who are facing a financial need, but are in need of some expert advisement to project them forward. We firmly believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to pursue fulfilling jobs and build a successful career. However, we have noticed a trend of difficulty where many are looking for jobs— lined up endlessly with the social media giant job forums but not having success for many reasons. That’s where APAC comes in. Our background of Corporate and career coaching, combined with Psychology directs in pieces that others miss.
At APAC, we believe in short term coaching modules of getting people on their feet again quickly. There seems to be a strong need, and we have provided our own pro bono assistance with our established clients, however the need for a scholarship fund is clear — for people who need the coaching direction but a shortage of finances is currently blocking the way. Our career coaching work focuses on people —- people who want to get a job—same or different industry or rechecking or modifying their skillsets for better compatibility People who are trying to find jobs in industries that looked like A but now look like B. People leaving jobs because of changing rules, personal obstacles, or too much bureaucracy.
This realization led us to launch a scholarship fund with the goal of supporting individuals in need of coaching and resources to get back on track. Our initiative helps the individual that seeks but is missing some important pieces such as communication points, having an awareness of where they need to go, or interfering personality factors that get in the way of what they want. At APAC, we want people to pick up jobs that are more compatible with their skill set , lifestyle, and personality. Because that, will have an impact on generations coming forward. At APAC quite simply, we offer tailored direction and mentoring/coaching to help individuals secure better employment.
By supporting this GoFundMe campaign, you will directly assist the recipient with an effective service designed to get better results. Your contribution, regardless of size, will have a necessary impact on moving someone forward. In addition, for every dollar raised, APAC will match in service any donation, $50 and above. We kindly ask you to join us in improving the lives of those seeking out career and personal coaching. If we move someone forward, besides monetary support, your donation has a domino effect in terms of who they effect, guide, and influence.
Our cost for corporate career counseling and relational mentoring ranges between $100 and $150 per hour. For reference, this is actually low in the industry. For every $50 in donation, one hour of coaching and mentoring will be provided. On average, a client requires 10 hours of coaching and mentoring to secure significant direction. We do hope that some individuals will contribute $500 to sponsor an individual, better ensuring employment at the end of this personal and transformative journey. As a personal expression of gratitude and thanks, all recipients of sponsorship will be required to write a brief review / response outlining how APAC has assisted — to provide tangible — impact by our generous donors! Additionally, we understand the importance of supporting those closest to us —- in their pursuit of job and career success. That is why we offer the opportunity for you to sponsor a family member, friend, or a community member of your choice for an APAC Scholarship.
