Emptied my bank account helping my mother after an eviction.

Hello, I'm asking for help paying down some credit debt I've accumulated over the past 2 years.

After finishing college I moved in with my mother, intending for that to be a temporary residence, however I ended up out of work due to the pandemic and had to continue living with her. Unfortunately it was discovered that the house she was renting had structural issues and she was evicted. I had to help her move twice, once into a temporary rental property that required major renovations that I dedicated all my time to doing, after living there for a period of several months, I helped her buy a home and performed some minor but necessary renovations to that house as well. In total I spent about 8,000 dollars in cash, emptying my savings account.

I've since returned to work, but I pretty much maxed out my credit card, about $9,000 in debt, during that period when I had no savings. I've attempted to pay down the debt but the interest rates are killing me, so I'm asking for help reducing that debt to a more manageable level so I can begin to seriously pay it down.
