Help Josh pursue cancer treatment

My name is Stuart, and I'm starting this fundraiser to help a close friend to get the care he needs to beat cancer. Josh Kleskovic was diagnosed with stage 4 Adenocarcinoma in December of 2024 following nearly a year of appointments and scans to determine the source of his pain and discomfort. At this stage we know the cancer exists in his colon and liver, and treatment needs to be swift to prevent the cancer from spreading. Josh is currently undergoing chemotherapy and is exploring all of his options for additional treatment following chemo. Unfortunately, there are modern treatments that exist that aren't available in Canada or covered by BC medical. One of such treatments is Histotripsy, a procedure where ultrasound waves are used to break down targeted cancerous tissues that the body can then flush away on its own. This procedure has proven effective in the treatment of liver cancer. Unfortunately this procedure can be very expensive, but it could make all the difference in the effort to eradicate his liver tumors. This fundraiser is meant to enable Josh to pursue these treatments without jeopardizing his family's financial future. Josh has a young family, a lovely wife and two girls ages 2 and 5. He has always led a healthy lifestyle and this diagnosis was a shock to everyone around him.
