The Encephalon Journal

The Encephalon, Latin for "the brain," is a youth-led journal created at the intersection of art and science. Our issues uplift the voices of aspiring writers, artists, and scientists through prose, poetry, and visual art. All proceeds will go toward website maintenance and contributor compensation. None of the money will be used for personal reasons.

For $5, donators may either receive detailed feedback >250 words or an expedited response within 3 days. Please email us your writing or art with [FEEDBACK] or [EXPEDITED] in the subject line so that we can prioritize your submission.
