End of Life and Travel for Wan

Wan Kackman has terminal brain cancer. The goal of this campaign is to raise funds for the end of her life—to make her comfortable, and to provide airfare for Wan, Kip, and their two children, Alex and Lisa.
Wan and Kip met 18 years ago when Kip was vacationing in Thailand. Kip asked Wan for directions, and she ended up showing him around. When they decided to get married, they visited a monk to help them pick a date for their special day. That date was October 26, 2002. Wan and the children remained in Thailand, while Kip's job took him all around the world, but Kip and Wan's love for each other and their family has kept them close through it all.
Wan was diagnosed with brain cancer earlier this year. Surgery and a round of chemotherapy proved ineffective. She is beyond treatment now. Wan can't walk on her own, and is using a chair for limited mobility. While the hope is to bring Wan and the children to Alaska, where Kip was born and raised and has a home ready for them, they aren't certain Wan will survive long enough.
Alex is fifteen. He's in the Thai version of Boy Scouts and enjoys being active on his scooter. Lisa is twelve. She enjoys dancing, and making videos for TikTok. They both love to swim.
Travel from Thailand to Alaska isn't cheap. A one-way ticket starts at about $800. Kip has spent all of his income this year on getting help for his wife. Their situation is dire. We are hoping to raise enough funds to get them all here, and have a little bit leftover for Wan's end of life care and funeral arrangements.
There is nothing we can do to lessen the pain Kip, Alex, and Lisa will feel when they lose Wan. We only ask that you give anything you're able to a family so full of love, in hopes of lifting some of the financial burden.
