Near End Of Life Assistance For Jennifer Kramer

My name is Christopher Castro , my mother is Jennifer Kramer.
As you can probably tell by now my mom, Jennifer is very very sick and now in hospice care at a Family members Home .  Jennifer was diagnosed with Pancreatitis among other things at the Reading Hospital in berks county Pennsylvania. The doctors have told us its time to brace for the worst . We do not know how much longer we have left with my mother, but we are continuing our efforts to try & get as much help as we can get . Insurance & hospice only give so much. My hope is I can find others with kind Hearts that might be able to help my Family in this time of dire need. Besides money donations, I do have a list of things we can really use, contact me for anything like that & we can set something up. Also even if all you can give is a prayer,  I am speaking for our Family when I say that we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts and appreciate everything and anything.
