End of Life Care and Final Expenses for Dan Mogan

Dan has been courageously battling stage 5 prostate cancer for many years. Although he knew from the beginning that his disease was terminal he continued to fight every day to stay with his children and all of his loved ones.  Recently, Dan and his family received news that his aggressive treatments were no longer helping his disease and that his cancer had spread through most of his bones.  The incredibly difficult decision was made to transfer his treatment from palliative care to hospice care at home. Dan's family is now by his side at all times. They are caring for all of his needs and ensuring to fulfill his wishes of spending the rest of his time in his own home.  As many have reached out and asked how they can help, I have, with the family's permission, created this fundraising page.
