End of Life Care for Daniel Lacy

Daniel Lacy recently had to make the hard decision to start hospice due to very complicated medical issues. He has made it through decades of tough diagnoses, drastic changes in his health, and had to have a below the knee amputation two years ago. Being diabetic and a 3-times-a-week dialysis patient, this decision was not easy but he wanted to be surrounded by his loved ones, and that he has. Dan's family has been by his side every step of the way, taking off weeks of work to take him to and from the hospital and to give him 24 hour care.

I am his daughter in law, Grim Lacy, creating this on behalf of the family. The funds will be used for his rent, bills, and eventually memorial services. All donations will bring relief and stress off of the family in this very hard time.
