End of Life Care & Medical Costs for Elaine Wood

Elaine Louise Wood, 79, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, in Bolivar, MO with her family by her side. She was the wife of Larry Wood, who survives.

Elaine was born in Lafayette, IN, on February 10, 1943, to Robert and Marguerite Tompkins who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by spouse Doug Edington and daughter Tiffany Jacob, both of Adrian, MI, stepson Andrew (Sue) Edington of Wauwatosa, WI, and brother Jim Tompkins of Port Charlotte, FL.

In addition to her husband Larry, Elaine is survived by her children Michael (Margo) Jacob of West Chester, OH, Susan (Loren) Layher of Thompsons Station, TN, David (Angie) Jacob of Ellendale, ND, stepchildren Alice (Tom) Frenz of Columbus, OH, Sally Edington of Pentwater, MI, and John (Susan) Edington of Oceanside, CA, sisters Sondra (Robert) Gaylord of Punta Gorda, FL, Cheryl (Edwin) Maynard of Homewood, IL and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
