Campaign Overview:
We are launching a powerful campaign aimed at achieving justice, holding Governor Ron DeSantis and the Republican Party accountable for the selective enforcement of laws, and safeguarding our children from the dangers of inappropriate content and communication online. Together, we will address the documented evidence of this weaponization and miscarriage of justice, as outlined at www.LawsAsWritten.com, fight for the rights of the wrongfully accused, and advocate for crucial reforms that protect the well-being of our children.
Protecting Minors from Inappropriate Content and Communication:
We are deeply committed to safeguarding our children from exposure to inappropriate content, including pornography, and communication with unknown adults without parental consent. As part of our campaign, we propose an innovative solution that not only protects minors but also ensures their privacy and freedom of expression.
Our objective is to require smartphone manufacturers to incorporate a software registration requirement that requests the device user's aged-based rating system birthdate. By "aging" the device instead of solely relying on the user's personal information, we can establish an effective system that limits access to adult-related content and communication for underage individuals. This age-based rating system, similar to those used for movies, will serve as an additional layer of protection, ensuring that minors are shielded from harmful material and inappropriate interactions online.
Through our campaign, we will lobby for the implementation of this age-based rating system to be mandated by the United States Congress and implemented by adult content and social media providers. This rating system will provide much-needed protection for our children, offering peace of mind to parents and caregivers who strive to create a safe online environment.
Campaign Impact, Personal Story, and Addressing the Weaponization of Laws:
I want to open up and share my deeply personal story with you. As an African American, I once embodied the American dream. For a span of 25 years, I successfully owned and operated an Internet Service Provider business, owned multiple properties, and cherished a loving family. I was married for 19 years and took great pride in being a devoted father to my three children. During the pretrial period, my two sons were enrolled at Stetson University, while my daughter was in high school. Life seemed to be going well until an unexpected and drastic turn of events altered everything.
I found myself ensnared in a sting operation orchestrated by the government. To my dismay, I was charged solely based on their perception of my thoughts, not any tangible actions. This unjust accusation has caused me to lose everything I had diligently worked for over the course of 30 years. The repercussions of my arrest were so severe that I couldn't even attend my own children's graduations, as I was banned and still grappling with the aftermath of my arrest. As an African American male, this experience has been particularly challenging for me on many levels.
Despite the immense hardships I've faced, I am resolute in my determination to forge ahead and seek justice for all. It is profoundly unacceptable for the government to pursue charges that essentially amount to thought crimes. Destroying the lives of individuals who have not committed any actual offense is not only ineffective but also fundamentally unjust. Having personally endured wrongful arrest and prosecution, I am now convinced that numerous others, like me, have been unconstitutionally targeted and wrongly labeled as child predators, in Florida, since 2007. This label carries an extremely detrimental impact, equating innocent people with those who have been convicted of genuine sexual offenses, thereby subjecting us to the stigma and shame of a criminal conviction.
Moreover, the actions of law enforcement officials, who publicly accused individuals like myself of engaging in criminal conduct without affording us due process, are entirely reprehensible. Such behavior from the government is wholly unacceptable and calls into question the principles of fairness, justice, and equality that should form the bedrock of our society.
In sharing my story, I hope to shed light on the injustices that have befallen countless individuals, specifically within the context of wrongful accusations and prosecutions. It is my fervent belief that by raising awareness and advocating for change, we can work towards a more just and equitable society, where the rights of all individuals are respected and protected.
This experience, along with the injustices faced by marginalized communities, has made me acutely aware of the weaponization of laws. Under the leadership of Governor Ron DeSantis and the Republican Party, we have witnessed selective enforcement that has unfairly targeted certain individuals. Documented evidence of this weaponization and miscarriage of justice is outlined at https://lawsaswritten.com/ . Our campaign aims to shed light on these unconstitutional violations, demand accountability from those in power, and ensure that justice prevails according to Ron DeSantis.
Through this campaign, we will use the funds to bring a constitutional challenge before the United States Supreme Court. We will highlight the unorthodox tactics employed by law enforcement, the flaws in the system that lead to wrongful convictions, and the urgent need for updated entrapment laws that address the rapid advancements in technology. Together, we will fight against the weaponization of laws and ensure that justice is served for all.
Join us in our fight for justice, accountability, and the protection of our children. Your support will help us bring about meaningful change, rewrite the narrative, and pave the way for a brighter future where fairness, safety, and equality prevail.
Together, let us seek justice, protect our children, and unite against the weaponization of laws.
I went from owning all of this:
My office building and 25 year old small business.
A beach condo
Two investment condominiums
And the home I bought for my mother
To this because of what my government had and is doing to me.
23 days in the hospital after suffering a brain stem stroke, severed carotid artery, and broken neck. Complements of the Leon County Sheriff’s Office. Same treatment as Randy Cox.
Except Leon County lost the tape, after hospitalization to this....
and to this because the State of Florida labeled me and now I must live on the outskirts of town.
To see have far the State of Florida goes to convict an African American in Florids my court records can be reviewed at https://lawsaswritten.com/
“I have lived a life that aligns with the ideals espoused by Republicans. I embraced the traditional values of marriage, raising children, and established the American dream. However, I find myself disillusioned by the stark reality that African Americans still face today. It is disheartening to witness how, even in the 21st century, an accusation of a sexual offense involving a white person can become a weapon used by the government to strip away an individual's life, liberty, and property.
In my case, despite not being charged with any sex offense, I have been subjected to a flawed judicial process. The trial judge, rather than recognizing my innocence, has unjustly deemed my trial fair, reminiscent of the struggles faced by African Americans during the Civil Rights era. To add insult to injury, my appeal, which seeks to rectify this gross injustice, languishes in the First District Court of Appeals without any progress or resolution.
This situation highlights a larger systemic problem that plagues our society. African Americans, along with other marginalized communities, continue to be victims of discrimination and unfair treatment within the criminal justice system. It is a stark reminder that the promises of equality and justice for all remain elusive for many.
I question the Republican Party claims, they champions conservative values and limited government intervention, and that they take a stand against such systemic injustices. Do they really agree the principles of personal responsibility, individual liberty, and equal protection under the law should extend to every citizen, irrespective of their race? Nineteen (19) Republican judges were presented with my defective two-page charging document and claimed it to be sufficient.
It is crucial that we address the deeply rooted issues of racial bias and inequality that persist in our legal system.
Our political leaders must recognize that the pursuit of justice and equality is not a partisan issue but a fundamental pillar of our democracy. It is incumbent upon us to demand reforms that ensure fair trials, unbiased judicial proceedings, and an end to racial disparities in our criminal justice system. Only by acknowledging and rectifying these injustices can we truly embody the principles upon which our nation was founded.
Let us strive for a society where every American, regardless of their background, can have faith in a justice system that treats them with dignity, respect, and impartiality. Together, we can forge a path towards a more equitable future, where the American dream is truly accessible to all."
